Everyday Appliances Repair ("we," "our," or "us") offers appliance repair services under the following terms and conditions. By requesting our services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to these terms.
1. Service Scope
Everyday Appliances Repair provides repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services for household appliances, including but not limited to refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washing machines, and dryers. We strive to complete repairs on the same day; however, completion time may vary depending on parts availability.
2. Service Request and Acceptance
By booking a service, you confirm your acceptance of this public offer. You may book a service through our website, by phone, or via email. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.
3. Diagnostic and Repair Fees
- Diagnostic Fee: A fee of $69 will be charged for diagnostics, which is waived if you proceed with the recommended repair.
- Repair Costs: Repair costs will vary based on the appliance, issue, and required parts. A detailed estimate will be provided before repair.
- Loyalty Discounts: Discounts or cashback may apply as part of our loyalty program, available to eligible customers such as companies, property managers, and individual clients.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment Methods: Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cheques, credit/debit cards, cash, and digital payments.
- Late Fees: Unpaid balances may incur a late fee after [30 days] from the service date.
- Refund Policy: All completed services are non-refundable. However, warranty-covered repairs are eligible for free follow-up if the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period.
5. Parts and Warranty
- Original Parts: We guarantee the use of original parts or high-quality alternatives if original parts are unavailable.
- Warranty: Repairs and parts come with a limited warranty 120 days. Warranty covers repair defects but does not cover damage due to misuse or neglect.
6. Customer Obligations
- Ensure that the appliance is accessible for diagnostics and repair.
- Disclose any issues and previous repairs on the appliance.
- Notify us of any hazardous conditions in the repair area.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Everyday Appliances Repair is not liable for pre-existing damage or additional damage discovered during repairs.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse, mishandling, or attempts at self-repair after our service.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
- Personal information collected will be used solely for service provision, billing, and communication purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Modifications and Termination
- Everyday Appliances Repair reserves the right to modify or terminate this public offer at any time. The effective date will reflect the latest update.
- Customers will be notified of any material changes prior to booking or as required by law.
